This is me!
Gerhard Müller did not pick up his first camera at age three, nor does he have a collection of childhood snapshot essays. Formally trained as a chef, his career made a complete u-turn after working on one of those “ooh, I like that!” food shoots. So began the photographer’s devotion to ISO, shutter speed and aperture. But he still manages to incorporate his passion for food, with some of his biggest and craziest shoots being commissioned by top-rated Cape Town restaurant Societi Bistro, including a remake of the controversial Da Vinci painting, The Last Supper. Oh, and he has a bit of an eccentric streak, plus a love for Alice and all things wonderful.
